Our Promise: We respect your privacy. We do not sell your data, and we only collect the minimum information necessary to improve your experience.

1. Information You Provide Directly

Mandala Artwork

The App allows you to create and save mandala artwork on your device
All artwork is stored locally on your device using Core Data
We do not have access to your artwork
You control when and where to share your creations

Photo Library Access

When you choose to save artwork to your Photos, we request permission
We only access Photos to save your artwork—nothing else
You can revoke this permission in iOS Settings at any time
We do not upload or access any other photos on your device

2. Information Collected Automatically

Analytics Data (via Firebase/Google Analytics)

To understand how the App is used and to improve your experience, we collect anonymous usage data:

App usage statistics: Which features you use, how often, and for how long
Technical information: Device type, iOS version, app version
Crash reports: Error logs and stack traces to fix bugs
Performance data: App loading times, response times

What we DO collect:

Tool usage (pencil, brush, eraser, etc.)

Anonymous Identifiers:

Firebase assigns a random anonymous ID to your device
This ID cannot be used to identify you personally

How We Use Your Information

Your Rights and Choices

Data Access and Deletion

Your Artwork:

Stored only on your device
You can delete individual artworks in the Gallery
Delete the App to remove all local data

Analytics Data:

Anonymous and cannot be linked to you
You can opt-out using iOS settings (see below)

How to Opt-Out of Analytics

iOS 14.5 and later:

Open iOS Settings
Go to Privacy → Tracking
Toggle off Allow Apps to Request to Track
Or disable tracking for Symmetry Studio specifically

Alternatively:

Open iOS Settings
Scroll down to Symmetry Studio
Toggle off analytics (if option available)

Revoking Photo Library Permission

Open iOS Settings
Scroll down to Symmetry Studio
Tap Photos
Select None or Selected Photos

Children’s Privacy

Symmetry Studio: Mandalas is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages.

COPPA Compliance:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
We do not require account creation
All analytics data is anonymous
No advertising or third-party tracking for marketing purposes
